The application listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Special Temporary Authority


 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations
 necessary to drift the Galaxy 11 space station from the 55.6° W.L. orbital location to the 60.1° E.L. orbital location - and to maintain Galaxy 11
 at 60.1° E.L. - using the following center frequencies: 14000.5 MHz, 14498.5 MHz, 11701 MHz, and 11702 MHz. Intelsat also requests
 authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 upon its arrival at 60.1° E.L. using the 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2
 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 11.7- 12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. Intelsat requests that the waivers of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and
 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules previously granted for operation of Galaxy 11 at 55.6 W.L. will continue to apply to operations of Galaxy 11
 at 60.1° E.L.
