Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-STA-20150505-00033 E S2253 Intelsat License LLC Date Filed: 05/05/2015 10:46:37:05600 Special Temporary Authority Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 11 space station from the 55.6° W.L. orbital location to the 60.1° E.L. orbital location - and to maintain Galaxy 11 at 60.1° E.L. - using the following center frequencies: 14000.5 MHz, 14498.5 MHz, 11701 MHz, and 11702 MHz. Intelsat also requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 upon its arrival at 60.1° E.L. using the 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 11.7- 12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. Intelsat requests that the waivers of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules previously granted for operation of Galaxy 11 at 55.6 W.L. will continue to apply to operations of Galaxy 11 at 60.1° E.L.
