 On May 11, 2015, the Satellite Division granted in part (with conditions) and deferred in part the application of Skynet Satellite Corporation for
 authority to launch and operate a Ku-and Ka-band geostationary orbit space station, to be known as Telstar 12V, at the 15° W.L. orbital location.
 Skynet is authorized to operate Telstar 12V to provide Fixed-Satellite Services in the following frequency bands: 10.95-11.2 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 18.3-18.8 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.9 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 29.25-29.5 GHz, 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space).
 Skynet is also authorized to operate Telstar 12V using the 28.6-28.9 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band on a secondary basis and the
 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 18.8-19.1 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands on a non-conforming basis. In addition, Skynet is
 authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 14497.6 MHz, 14499.6 MHz, 11700
 MHz, and 11701 MHz. Operations of Telstar 12V in the 11.2-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.0-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
 bands will be addressed separately at a later time.

 On May 14, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to DIRECTV Enterprises LLC to modify its authorization to operate
 a 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service space station, DIRECTV RB-2, in order to conform the parameters of its authorization with the
 satellite as constructed and to permit operations at the 102.75° W.L orbital location, instead of the currently authorized orbital location of
 102.825° W.L. DIRECTV is authorized to operate the DIRECTV RB-2 space station at the 102.75º W.L. orbital location using the 17.3-17.7
 GHz (space-to-Earth) and the 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

 On May 14, 2015, the Satellite Division granted the application of LightSquared Subsidiary LLC, Debtor-in-Possession, to modify its
 authorization for the MSAT-2 space station at the 103.3° W.L. orbital location by extending the license term one year, through December 31,
 2015. LightSquared provides Mobile-Satellite Service via MSAT-2 using the following frequency bands: 1530-1544 MHz and 1545-1559 MHz
 (space-to-Earth); and 1631.5-1645.5 MHz and 1646.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Feeder links for MSAT-2 are operated in the 10.75-10.95
 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.0-13.15 GHz and 13.20-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command
 operations use the following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz and 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz
 (Earth-to-space).

 DIRECTV 12 space station to permit operations at the 102.8° W.L. orbital location, instead of the currently authorized orbital location of
 102.765° W.L. DIRECTV 12 will continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the following frequency bands: 18.3-18.8 GHz and 19.7-20.2
 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 28.35-28.60 GHz, 29.25-29.50 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 102.765° W.L. DIRECTV RB-2A will continue to provide Broadcasting-Satellite Service in the 17.3-17.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and the
 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
