The application listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Launch and Operating Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests authority to construct, launch, and operate a satellite, to be known as Intelsat 33e, at the 60.0° E.L. orbital location.
Intelsat seeks authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 33e using the following frequency bands: 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 6425-6675 MHz (Earth-to-space), 6675-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth),
11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.60 (space-to-Earth) , 13.75-13.85 GHz (Earth-to-space), 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space), 18.3-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 28.1-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat requests
authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 4197.25 MHz, 4197.75 MHz, 4198.25
MHz and 4198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth); 5850.5 MHz, 5853.0 MHz, 6422.0 MHz and 6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat seeks waivers of
Sections 25.210(i)(1) and Section 25.210(f) of the Commission's rules, and a conditional waiver of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, 47
C.F.R. § 2.106, in connection with this application.
