days, to conduct in-orbit testing (IOT) of the DIRECTV KU-79W space station at the 77.5° W.L. orbital location, using the 11.7-12.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and to conduct telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C) to support IOT
using the 11.70075 GHz and 11.70225 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.001 GHz and 14.4965 GHz (Earth-to-space) center frequencies. DIRECTV
is also authorized, upon completion of IOT, to conduct TT&C operations in these center frequencies necessary to drift DIRECTV KU-79W from
the 77.5° W.L. orbital location to its assigned orbital location of 78.8° W.L.
