The application listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 SES Americom, Inc. seeks to modify the authorization for its AMC-7 space station to specify operations at the 135° W.L. orbital location instead
 of its currently authorized orbital location of 137° W.L. Specifically, SES Americom seeks the following: (1) authority to conduct telemetry,
 tracking and command operations necessary to drift AMC-7 from 137° W.L. to 135° W.L. and to maintain AMC-7 upon its arrival at the 135°
 W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 3700.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6423.5 MHz
 (Earth-to-space); (2) authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, including Direct-to-Home service, via AMC-7 at 135° W.L. in the 3700-4200
 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; (3) an extension of the AMC-7 license term to October 25, 2018;
 and (4) waivers of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and Section 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules in connection with its requests.

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List


 Satélites Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V. requests to add its Eutelsat 115 WB (formerly Satmex 7) space station at the 114.9° W.L. orbital location to
 the Commission's Permitted Space Station List to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, including Direct-to-Home service, in the 3700-4200 MHz
 (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. It
 seeks waivers of Sections 25.210(a)(3), 25.210(i), 25.114(d)(14)(ii), and 25.283(c), and to the extent necessary, Sections 25.137(d)(4) and
 25.165 of the Commission's rules in connection with its request.
