The application listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC amends its application to launch and operate DIRECTV 15, a geostationary Ka-band satellite, which will operate at
 the 102.75° W.L orbital location to provide direct-to-home fixed-satellite service using the 18.3-18.59 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth),
 and 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-25.29 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. IBFS File No. SAT-LOA-20140825-00094.
 DIRECTV revises one aspect of the orbital debris mitigation information previously submitted and requests a limited waiver of Section
 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules to accommodate that revision.

 Modification


 LightSquared Subsidiary LLC, Debtor-in-Possession, seeks to modify its authorization for the MSAT-2 space station at the 103.3° W.L. orbital
 location by extending the license term by one year, from December 31, 2014, through December 31, 2015. LightSquared provides
 mobile-satellite service via MSAT-2 using the following frequency bands: 1530-1544 MHz and 1545-1559 MHz (space-to-Earth), and
 1631.5-1645.5 MHz and 1646.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Feeder links for MSAT-2 are operated in the 10.75-10.95 GHz (space-to-Earth)
 and 13.0-13.15 GHz and 13.20-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command operations use the following
 center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz and 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests modification of its authorization for the payload known as DIRECTV RB-2A on the hybrid DIRECTV
 12/DIRECTV RB-2A space station to specify operations at the 102.8° W.L. orbital location, rather than its currently authorized orbital location
 at 102.765° W.L. The DIRECTV RB-2A payload provides 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service in the 17.3-17.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and
 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
