Date Filed: 02/19/2015 19:06:27:06600 Amendment SES Americom, Inc. seeks to amend the pending modification application for its AMC-1 space station in order to specify operations at the 129.15° W.L. orbital location instead of the 47.5º W.L. orbital location that was originally requested. SES also provides technical information relating to operation of AMC-1 at 129.15° W.L. as proposed in this amendment. SES requests a waiver of Section 25.114(c)(vi)(A) of the Commission's rules and any necessary waiver of the requirement in Section 25.202(g) to permit the use of C-band frequencies for TT&C in connection with its application.
