 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. In addition, Intelsat is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations to
 maintain Intelsat 34 at 55.5° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 3949 MHz, 3949.5 MHz, 3950.5 MHz, 3951 MHz (space-to-Earth);
 and 6173.7 MHz, 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized to use beacons for uplink power control using the following center
 frequencies: 3700.25 MHz, 11699.25 MHz, and 11699.5 MHz (space-to-Earth).
