 On January 8, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC for modification of the
 authorization of the SPACEWAY 2 space station to operate SPACEWAY 2 at the 99.075º W.L. orbital location instead of its previously
 authorized location at 99.115º W.L., and to reduce its East-West stationkeeping tolerance from ±0.05 degrees to ±0.025 degrees. DIRECTV is
 also authorized to operate SPACEWAY 2 to provide Fixed-Satellite Service (FSS) in the 18.3-18.8/19.7-20.2 GHz (Downlink) and
 28.35-28.60/29.25-30.0 GHz (Uplink) frequency bands at the 99.075º W.L. orbital location.

 location at 99.225º W.L. and to reduce its East-West stationkeeping tolerance from ±0.05 degrees to ±0.025 degrees. DIRECTV is also
 authorized to operate DIRECTV 11 to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space)
 and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 99.185º W.L. orbital location.

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List

 Nature of Service:       Mobile Satellite Service


 On January 8, 2015, the Satellite Division granted Inmarsat plc's petition to add the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite to the Commission's "ISAT List" at the
 98° W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, any U.S.-licensed earth station with ISAT listed as a point of communication is permitted to access the
 Inmarsat 4F3 satellite at the 98° W.L. orbital location in the 1525-1559 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 1626.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space)
 frequency bands without additional authorization from the Commission, provided that the earth station complies with the Commission's
 technical requirements and operates under the conditions on its license.

 On January 8, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation, for
 a period of 180 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the EchoStar 3 Direct Broadcast
 Satellite space station as an in-orbit spare at the 61.8° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.201 GHz, 12.203 GHz,
 and 12.699 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 17.3015 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                                                    Effective Date:     01/08/2015



 On Janurary 8, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days
 to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 7 space station at the 18.2° W.L. orbital
 location using the center frequencies of 11451 MHz and 11453 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 13998 MHz (Earth-to-space).

The Satellite Division, on its own motion, designates the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the
Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective January 9, 2015. We find that designating this proceeding as
"permit-but-disclose" will serve the public interest by facilitating the resolution of policy issues raised by the application. See 47 C.F.R. §§
1.1200(a), 1.1206 and 1.1208 note 2.
