SAT-MSC-20101102-00232 S2389 PanAmSat Licensee Corp.
On December 18, 2014, the Satellite Division dismissed PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s petition to retain authority to operate a satellite in the
11.7-12.2 GHz, and 14.0-14.5 GHz frequency bands at the 43° W.L. orbital location. Issues related to this request will be addressed in
connection with Intelsat's pending application to operate a satellite at 43.1° W.L. See IBFS File No. SAT-RPL-20140221-00026.

SAT-LOA-20121025-00187 S2887 Intelsat License LLC
On December 18, 2014, the Satellite Division determined that Intelsat License LLC met the launch and operation milestone associated with
the Intelsat 30 space station (Call Sign S2887) at the 95.05° W.L. orbital location. The Satellite Division previously determined that Intelsat
had met the first three milestones for this space station. Consequently, Intelsat may release the bond associated with Call Sign S2887, as
provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order, and Further Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules
and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004). Intelsat 30 was
placed into operation at 95.05° W.L. on November 24, 2014. See Letter from Susan H. Crandall, Associate General Counsel, Intelsat
Corp., to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC (dated Dec. 11, 2014).
