 On December 4, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, for a period of
 30 days, to perform in-orbit testing of the DIRECTV-14 satellite. DIRECTV will conduct IOT at the 76 W.L. orbital location using the
 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) and the 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequencies licensed under Call Sign S2869, and the 17.3-17.7 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies, also known as RB-1, licensed under Call Sign S2711. DIRECTV is also
 authorized to use the 28.351 GHz (Earth-to-space), 28.353 GHz (Earth-to-space), 18.799 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 18.7995 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) frequencies for Telemetry, Tracking, and Command. This special temporary authority will commence upon DIRECTV-14's
 arrival at the 76° W.L. orbital location.

Service satellite system at the 79.0º W.L. orbital location using the 17.3-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.25 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands. Letter from Pantelis Michalopoulos, Counsel for EchoStar Corporation and EchoStar Operating Corporation, to Marlene
H. Dortch, Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, dated May 24, 2012. These frequencies at the 79.0º W.L. orbital location are
now available for reassignment pursuant to the Commission's first-come, first served licensing process effective 2:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday,
December 16, 2014. At that time, applicants may file applications for new space stations, market access by non-U. S. licensed space
stations, modifications to licensed space stations, or amendments to pending applications taking this announcement into account.
Applications for the spectrum filed prior to this date and time will be dismissed as premature without prejudice to refiling. This Public
