The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Launch and Operating Authority


 DISH Operating L.L.C. requests authority to launch and operate a space station known as EchoStar 18 at the 109.9° W.L. orbital location.
 EchoStar 18 will serve as an in-orbit spare until DISH provides thirty day notice to the Commission that it will place EchoStar 18 into service to
 provide Direct Broadcast Satellite Service in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-Space) frequency bands as a
 replacement for the EchoStar 10 space station, using the 29 channels licensed to DISH at the 110° W.L. orbital location. Telemetry, tracking,
 and command operations for EchoStar 18 will be conducted in the following center frequencies: 12.695 GHz, 12.696 GHz, 12.203 GHz, and
 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.7935 GHz and 17.303 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC seeks to modify its authorization to operate the SPACEWAY 2 space station (call sign S2133), to move the space
 station 0.04 degrees - from 99.115º W.L. to 99.075º W.L. - and to reduce its East-West stationkeeping tolerance from ±0.05 degrees to ±0.025
 degrees in order to accommodate the upcoming launch of the DIRECTV 14 space station, which will operate at the 99.235º W.L. orbital location.

 W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.201 GHz, 12.203 GHz, and 12.699 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 17.3015 GHz
 (Earth-to-space).
