 Nature of Service:      Fixed Satellite Service


 On November 6, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to Intelsat License LLC to launch and operate a C- and Ku-band
 geostationary orbit space station, to be known as Intelsat 31, at the 95.05º W.L. orbital location. Intelsat 31 is authorized to provide
 fixed-satellite services in the 3400-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6425-6675 MHz (Earth-to-space), 6675-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2
 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. In addition, Intelsat 31 is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the
 following center frequencies: 11.19425/11.1955 GHz or 11.19625/11.19675 GHz (space-to-earth); and 13.9985 GHz and 14.006 GHz
 (Earth-to-space).

 Modification

 Nature of Service:      Other


 On November 5, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to partially waive the launch
 and begin operations milestone applicable to the DIRECTV RB-1 space station, which is authorized to operate at the 99.235° W.L. orbital
 location and provide Broadcasting Satellite Service using the 17.3-17.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
 bands. DIRECTV has completed the physical construction of its satellite and is ready to launch the satellite in the immediate future. The
 Division modified condition 5(d) of the RB-1 Authorization to specify launch and begin operations by February 28, 2015. In the event launch
 and commencement of operations is not completed by February 28, 2015, the authorization shall become null and void.

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                                                  Effective Date:     11/06/2014



 On November 6, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180
 days, to: (1) provide fixed-satellite service via the Intelsat 16 space station at 79.0° W.L. in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.5
 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to maintain the Intelsat 16 space
 station at the 79.0° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12198.25 MHz and 12198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth) and
 14499.5 MHz and 13997.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).
