                                             Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Intelsat License LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Intelsat 5 space station to specify operations at the 157.0° E.L. orbital
 location instead of Intelsat 5's currently authorized orbital location of 169.0° E.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, in
 inclined orbit mode, from 157.0° E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and
 command functions at 157.0° E.L. using the following center frequencies: 11.451 GHz, 11.452 GHz, and 14.454 GHz (space-to-Earth); and
 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat requests a waiver of Section 25.114(d)(3) of the Commission's rules in connection with
 its request.
