INFORMATIVE SAT-MOD-20140623-00074 S2232 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation On October 9, 2014, the Satellite Division designated the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications.
