may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

Launch and Operating Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests authority to launch and operate a C-, Ku-, and Ka-band satellite, Intelsat 29e at 50.0º W.L. Intelsat requests
authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service at the 50.0º W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz, 10.7-10.95 GHz, 10.95-11.2 GHz,
11.2-11.45 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz, 11.7-11.95 GHz, 11.95-12.2 GHz, 12.2-12.5 GHz, and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands, and
5850-5925 MHz, 5925-6425 MHz, 6425-6725 MHz, 12.75-13.25 GHz, 13.75-14.0 GHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz, 17.3-17.55 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions at 50.0° W.L. using the
center frequencies of 3701.25 MHz, 3701.75 MHz, 3702.25 MHz, and 3702.75 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5850.5 MHz, 5853 MHz, 6422 MHz,
and 6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat seeks waiver of Footnote NG52 of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, Section 2.106, to operate
in the 10.7-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 5850-5925 MHz and 12.75-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands in ITU Region 2.
Additionally, Intelsat seeks waiver of Section 2.106 to operate in the 12.2-12.5 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band to provide FSS using spot
beams to North and South America on a non-interference, non-protected basis. Intelsat also seeks waiver of Section 2.106 to operate in the
17.3-17.55 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band to provide FSS using spot beams from South America on a non-interference, non-protected
basis. Intelsat requests waiver of Section 25.210(a) of the Commission's rules setting forth technical requirements for space stations used for
domestic service in the 3700-4200 MHz and 5925-6425 MHz bands.
