The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154. SAT-PPL-20140717-00086 E S2476 HISPASAT, S.A. Date Filed: 07/17/2014 12:46:38:05600 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List On July 17, 2014, Hispasat, S.A. filed a notification of change in ownership of the following space stations that appear on the Commission's Permitted Space Station List: HISPASAT-1D (S2476), AMAZONAS-2 (S2793), and AMAZONAS-3 (S2886). HISPASAT-1D is licensed by Spain. AMAZONAS-2 and AMAZONAS-3 are licensed by Brazil. Hispasat indicates that on November 12, 2013, Abertis Telecom Satélites, S.A.U. increased its ownership in Hispasat, S.A. from 40.6% to 57.05%. Pursuant to Section 25.137(g) of the Commission's rules, the Satellite Division seeks comment on whether this transaction affects any of the considerations made when the space stations were added to the Permitted List and granted U.
