SAT-MOD-20140606-00059 E S2135 SES Americom, Inc. Date Filed: 06/06/2014 15:15:52:74300 Modification SES Americom, Inc. seeks to modify its authorization for the AMC-4 space station at the 67° W.L. orbital location by extending the 15-year license term by four years, through December 22, 2018. SES is currently authorized to operate AMC-4 in the conventional Ku-band frequencies of 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and in the extended Ku-band frequencies of 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) to provide fixed-satellite service, including direct-to-home service, from the 67° W.L. orbital location. SES Americom also requests authority to relocate AMC-4 at its end of life to a disposal orbit with a minimum perigee altitude of at least 150 km above the geostationary orbital arc.
