The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Modification


 SES Americom, Inc. seeks to modify its authorization for the AMC-4 space station at the 67° W.L. orbital location by extending the 15-year
 license term by four years, through December 22, 2018. SES is currently authorized to operate AMC-4 in the conventional Ku-band frequencies
 of 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and in the extended Ku-band frequencies of 11.45-11.7 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) to provide fixed-satellite service, including direct-to-home service, from the 67° W.L.
 orbital location. SES Americom also requests authority to relocate AMC-4 at its end of life to a disposal orbit with a minimum perigee altitude of
 at least 150 km above the geostationary orbital arc.
