The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20140310-00029 E S2253 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/17/2014 On July 17, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 180 days to continue to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 at the 55.6° W.L. orbital location in the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to maintain Galaxy 11 at the 55.6° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20140502-00046 E S2750 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/16/2014 On July 16, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180 days, to continue to: (1) provide provide Fixed-Satellite Service via the Intelsat 16 space station at the 76.0° W.L. orbital location using the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to maintain Intelsat 16 at 76.0° W.L. using the center frequencies of 12198.25 MHz and 12198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 14499.5 MHz and 13997.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20140627-00081 E S2401 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/16/2014 On July 16, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to: (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 706 space station to, and maintain it at, the 156.9º E.L. orbital position, using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space); and (2) provide Fixed-Satellite Service, on a temporary basis, via the Intelsat 706 space station during the drift to, and while located at the 156.9.0º E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
