The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20140523-00054 E S2812 Satellite CD Radio LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/10/2014 On July 10, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Satellite CD Radio LLC, for a period of 180 days, to continue to conduct in-orbit testing of the FM-6 space station at the 120.5° W.L. orbital location in the 2320.0-2332.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 7051.5-7052.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 7055.5-7056.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 7060.0-7072.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and to relocate the space station to the 116.15° W.L. orbital location at the end of testing.
