SAT-AMD-20140617-00069 E S2253 Intelsat License LLC Date Filed: 06/17/2014 14:30:02:69300 Amendment Intelsat License LLC seeks to further amend its pending application to relocate the Galaxy 11 space station to, and operate Galaxy 11 at, the 44.8° W.L. orbital location in the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. See IBFS File Nos. SAT-MOD-20121018-00184 (Report No. SAT-00918, Dec. 14, 2012). Galaxy 11 was last regularly authorized to operate at 55.5° W.L. See IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20101102-00229 (granted Mar. 8, 2011). Specifically, Intelsat's amendment seeks to (1) remove its request for authority to operate Galaxy 11 at the 44.8° W.L. orbital position; and (2) maintain its request for authority to operate Galaxy 11 at 55.6° W.L. and to extend the space station's license term for approximately four years through January 2019 .
