Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

On June 18, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of ViaSat, Inc. to access the U.S. market using a proposed Ka-band
geostationary orbit space station, VIASAT-KA 89W, which will operate under the authority of the United Kingdom at the 88.9° W.L. orbital
location. ViaSat was granted access to the U.S. market to provide Fixed-Satellite Service from 88.9° W.L. using the 18.3-18.8 GHz and
19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 28.35-28.6 GHz and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands on a primary basis; the 28.1-28.35
GHz and 28.6-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands on a secondary basis; and the 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band on a
non-conforming basis. VIASAT-KA 89W will use the following center frequencies for telemetry, tracking, and command operations: 29500.5
 MHz, 29503 MHz, and 29999 MHz (Earth-to-space); and 19701 MHz, 19703 MHz, and 20199 MHz (space-to-Earth).

Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service

On June 18, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Planet Labs, Inc. to modify its license to launch and operate
non-geostationary orbit remote-sensing space stations. Planet Labs was authorized to launch and operate 39 additional NGSO satellites that are
physically and technically identical to those previously authorized under Call Sign S2912, which will transmit remote-sensing and telemetry data
to fixed earth stations in the 8025-8400 MHz frequency band, receive command signals in the 2025-2110 MHz band, and may use the 401-402
MHz and 449.75-450.25 MHz bands for early-phase and emergency-backup telemetry, tracking, and command operations. Twenty eight of the
additional satellites ("Flock 1b") are to operate in circular orbits at altitudes between 380 and 410 kilometers. The other 11 additional satellites
("Flock 1c") are to operate in circular orbit at an altitude of 620 kilometers.

On June 18, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to:
 (1) continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 701 in inclined orbit mode at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz
 (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) continue to perform telemetry,
tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 701 space station at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location using the following
 center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth).
