The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to continue to conduct telemetry,
 tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the EchoStar 3 Direct Broadcast Satellite space station as an in-orbit spare at the 61.8º
 W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.201 GHz, 12.203 GHz, and 12.699 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 17.3015 GHz
 (Earth-to-space).

 Iridium Constellation LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to continue to operate six space stations in its
 non-geostationary orbit constellation in a manner consistent with the revised post-mission disposal plan that it has submitted in a pending license
 modification application. See IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20080701-00140. Iridium Constellation separately requests special temporary authority
 to operate one additional space station consistently with the revised disposal plan. See IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20140612-00063.
