The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 XM Radio LLC seeks to modify its authorization for its XM-4 Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service space station at the 115.25° W.L. orbital
 location by extending the eight-year license term for an additional eight years, through December 15, 2022. XM Radio LLC is currently
 authorized to provide SDARS via XM-4 at the 115.25° W.L. orbital location in the 2332.5-2345 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band and to
 receive feeder link transmissions in the 7025-7075 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band.

 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions

 the 12198.25 MHz and 12198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 14499.5 MHz and 13997.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat also requests special
 temporary authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service upon arrival at 76.0° W.L. using the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

 temporary authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service upon arrival at 157.0° E.L. using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
 (Earth-to-space), 10.7-10.95 GHz (space-to-Earth) , 11.2-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.75-13.25 GHz
 (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
