The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Special Temporary Authority


 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days commencing July 1, 2014, to drift the Intelsat 7 space station
 from the 68.65° E.L. orbital location to the 18.2° W.L. orbital location. At this location, Intelsat 7 would be temporarily collocated with the
 Intelsat 901 space station. Intelsat is currently authorized to operate Intelsat 7 at the 68.65° E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite
 Services in the 3400-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6425-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.0 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat will perform telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary
 to drift its Intelsat 7 to the 18.2° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 11451.0 MHz and 11453 MHz (space-to-Earth);
 and 13998 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 Special Temporary Authority


 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 120 days to continue to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service at 79.0°
 W.L. using the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands ; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and
 command functions necessary to maintain the Intelsat 16 space station at the 79.0° W.L. orbital location using the center frequencies of 12198.25
 MHz and 12198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 14499.5 MHz and 13997.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat also requests special temporary
 authority to provide FSS at 79.0° W.L. using a new frequency band: 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space).
