The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. 325-RWL-20140224-00001 P UNIRADIO CORP. Renewal Accepted for Filing Application for Section 325 (c) renewal permit to deliver Spanish language sports programs and baseball games to Mexican radio station XEMO-AM, Tijuana, Mexico licensed to Uniradio Corporation (Uniradio). The station operates on 860 kW with an authorized power of 10.0 kW daytime and 7.5 kW night-time. Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be on file no later than 30 days from the date of the notice accepting this Application for filing. Guidelines for filings are available at: www.fcc.gov/osec. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first- class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail (although we continue to experience delays in receiving U.S. Postal Service mail). The Commission's contractor, Natek, Inc., will receive hand-delivered or messenger-delivered paper filings for the Commission's Secretary at 236 Massachusetts Avenue, N. E., Suite 110, Washington, D.C. 20002. The filing hours at this location are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p. m. All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners. Any envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building. Commercial overnight mail (other than U.S. Postal Service Express Mail and Priority Mail) must be sent to 9300 East Hampton Drive, Capitol Heights, MD 20743.
