 On March 28, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to XM Radio LLC for a period of 180 days to
 perform telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift its Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station, XM-2,
 from the 115° W.L. orbital location to the 27° W.L. orbital location in preparation for deorbit maneuvers, using the following center frequencies:
 2339.2 MHz, 2339.7 MHz, 2344.0 MHz, 2344.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 7049.0 MHz and 7074.0 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                                                   Effective Date:     04/02/2014



 On April 2, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
 continue to: (1) operate the Galaxy 26 space station at the 49.9° W.L. orbital location to provide fixed-satellite services in the Ku-band
 frequencies of 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), and (2) perform telemetry, tracking, and command
 operations necessary to maintain Galaxy 26 at the 49.9° E.L. orbital location, using the following C-band frequencies: 4090.0 MHz and 4196.5
 MHz or 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); 5926.5 MHz, 6315.0 MHz, and 6411.0 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 Grant of Authority                                                                                                   Effective Date:     04/01/2014



 On April 1, 2014, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to:
 (1) continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 701 in inclined orbit mode at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz
 (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) continue to perform telemetry,
 tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 701 space station at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location using the following
 center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth).
