                                            Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Special Temporary Authority


 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 120 days to continue to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat
 5, in inclined orbit, at the 50.15° E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space); 10.70-10.95
 GHz, 11.2-11.45 GHz, and 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 12.75-13.25 GHz and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and
 (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 5 at 50.15° E.L. using the following center frequencies:
 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space); 11.451 GHz, 11.452 GHz, and 11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth).
