The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Intelsat License LLC amends its pending application to modify its authorization for the Intelsat 702 space station, IBFS File No.
 SAT-MOD-20121001-00163, to (1) change the requested orbital location from 33.0° E.L. to 32.9° E.L. and (2) update technical information for
 Intelsat 702 that corresponds to the new orbital location. Intelsat seeks to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 702 at 32.9° E.L. using the
 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth),
 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

 Modification


 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC seeks to modify the authorization for its Direct Broadcast Satellite space station, DIRECTV-7S, at the 119.05° W.L.
 orbital location by extending its ten-year license term for an additional seven years, through April 4, 2021. DIRECTV-7S is currently authorized
 to provide DBS at 119.05° W.L. in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
