 SAT-AMD-20140116-00006 E S2103 ORBCOMM License Corp.
 Date Filed: 01/16/2014 10:58:52:60600
 Amendment

Orbcomm License Corp. has filed a further amendment to its application to modify its non-voice, non-geostationary mobile satellite service
system. See IBFS File Nos. SAT-MOD-20111021-00207, SAT-AMD-20120809-00125 and SAT-AMD-20130212-00020.

Orbcomm has amended its application to (1) modify the target orbital inclination for 17 Orbcomm Generation 2 satellites from 52 degrees to 47
degrees, and (2) modify the target operational orbital altitude from 750 kilometers to 715 kilometers.

The amendment also modifies Orbcomm's prior statement (see File No. SAT-AMD-20120809-00125) concerning end-of-life disposal of its
satellites by deleting an earlier representation that no components of the Orbcomm satellites will survive atmospheric re-entry and by providing a
 casualty risk assessment.
