SAT-MSC-20131212-00145 P S2750 Intelsat License LLC Date Filed: 12/12/2013 00:00:00:00000 Miscellaneous Intelsat License LLC has filed a request, in a "Petition for Specific Authority under Section 25.161(c)," to retain its authorization to operate its Intelsat 16 space station in the 13.75-14.0 GHz frequency band at the 58.1° W.L. orbital location. Intelsat operated the Intelsat 16 space station at this location using these frequencies, until September 14, 2013, when it relocated the space station to the 79.0° W.L. orbital location. Intelsat states that it intends to return Intelsat 16 to the 58.1° W.L. orbital location in the spring of 2014, subject to approval.
