Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-MOD-20130905-00113 E S2653 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Date Filed: 09/05/2013 12:28:46:11600 Modification EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation seeks to modify its authorization for its Direct Broadcast Satellite space station, EchoStar 12, at the 61.35° W.L. orbital location by extending the ten-year license term for an additional eight years, through July 31, 2022. EchoStar is currently authorized to provide DBS via EchoStar 12 at 61.35° W.L. in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. EchoStar also requests a waiver of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules.
