 On October 23, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC to modify the authorization for its
 Intelsat 10 space station to: (1) operate the space station at the 47.5° E.L. orbital location, instead of its currently authorized orbital location of
 68.5º E.L., in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.25-12.75 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary
 to maintain Intelsat 10 at the 47.5° E.L. orbital location using the center frequencies of 11.699 GHz, 12.7475 GHz, 12.7485 GHz, and 12.7495
 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 days, to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 701 in inclined orbit mode at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz
 (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) continue to conduct telemetry,
 tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 701 at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies:
 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth).

 continue to co-locate one of its spare in-orbit satellites with another satellite in its orbital constellation.

 On October 23, 2013, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Iridium Constellation LLC, for a period of 60 days, to modify
 the operations of its "Big LEO" non-geostationary satellite orbit constellation. Specifically, Iridium is authorized to continue to operate its
 satellite, SV023, as a non-transmitting spare satellite, approximately 300 kilometers behind satellite SV094 at an altitude of approximately 778
 kilometers.

 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 16 space station from the 58.1° W.L.
 orbital location to the 79.0° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14499.5 MHz and 13997.5 MHz (Earth-to-space);
 12198.25 MHz and 12198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth).
