Modification to PDR/PPL Returned No Action Effective Date: 09/12/2013 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service Application returned with no action in light of letter withdrawing application. See Letter from Jennifer D. Hindin, Counsel to Hispamar Satelites, S.A., to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC, dated September 12, 2013. SAT-STA-20130701-00091 E S2812 Satellite CD Radio LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/19/2013 On September 19, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Satellite CD Radio LLC for a period of 180 days to conduct performance testing of its new geostationary-satellite orbit Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station, FM-6, at the 120.5° W.L. orbital location, and to move the FM-6 space station from the 120.5° W.L. orbital location to the 116.15° W.L. orbital location upon completion of testing. Satellite CD Radio is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations in the 2320.0-2332.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 7051.5-7052.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 7060.0-7072.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, both to support performance testing operations at the 120.5° W.L. orbital location and to effect FM-6's drift to its authorized location of 116.15° W.L. at the completion of performance testing. SAT-STA-20130806-00102 E S2110 Iridium Constellation LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/19/2013 On September 19, 2013, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Iridium Constellation LLC, for a period of 180 days, to continue to operate three space stations in its non-geostationary-orbit constellation in a manner consistent with a revised post-mission disposal plan proposed in the pending license modification application in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20080701-00140.
