The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List


 Hispasat S.A. petitions for a declaratory ruling to add the Amazonas-1 space station at the 36° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's
 Ku-band Permitted Space Station List. Hispasat requests grant of U.S. market access to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 11.7-12.2 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Hispasat also petitions for U.S. market access in the 13.75-14.0 GHz
 frequency band via Amazonas-1 at 36° W.L.

 The call sign given to this application the time of filing, S2911, has been changed to S2622, the call sign given to the Amazonas-1 space station
 as part of its prior grant of market access from the 61° W.L. orbital location. See IBFS File No. SAT-PPL-20040402-00073.
