 Nature of Service:       Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service


 On July 12, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the petition filed by New Skies Satellites, B.V. to add the SES-6 space station
 at the 40.5° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's C- and Ku-band Permitted Space Station List in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-Space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SES-6 is licensed by
 the Administration of the Netherlands. New Skies is also permitted to use SES-6 to provide direct-to-home services in the U.S. market in these
 frequency bands.
