SAT-STA-20130624-00086 E S2460 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/11/2013 On July 11, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to (1) continue to operate Intelsat 8 at the 169.0º E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and (2) continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to maintain the Intelsat 8 space station at the 169.0° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.747 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.748 GHz (space- to-Earth) and the 13.998 GHz (Earth-to-space). INFORMATIVE SAT-STA-20130510-00067 S2232 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation On July 11, 2013, the Satellite Division designated the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will facilitate communications with the parties. Thus, we designate IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20130510-00067, as "permit-but-disclose," effective July 11, 2013. See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and 1.1208 note 2. Page 1 of 2
