                                           Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Letter of Intent


 ViaSat, Inc. requests access to the U.S. market using a proposed Ka-band satellite, ViaSat-3, which ViaSat plans to operate under the authority of
 the United Kingdom at the 79.3° W.L. orbital location. ViaSat requests U.S. market access to provide Fixed-Satellite Service using the following
 frequency bands: 18.3-19.3 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth); 28.1-29.1 GHz and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). ViaSat seeks a
 waiver of Section 2.106, Footnote NG 165, of the Commission's rules to permit GSO FSS operations in the 18.8-19.3 GHz band on a
 non-conforming basis. ViaSat states that operations in the 28.6-29.1 GHz and 28.1-28.35 GHz frequency bands will be on a secondary basis.
 ViaSat also seeks waivers of Sections 25.210(i) and 25.114(d)(3) of the Commission's rules.

 Hispamar Satélites, S.A. seeks to modify its grant of U.S. market access for the Amazonas-3 space station at the 61° W.L. orbital location to add
 the space station to the Commission's Ka-band Permitted Space Station List. Hispamar requests grant of U.S. market access to provide
 Fixed-Satellite Service in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.1-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.5-30.0
 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Hispamar states that Amazonas-3 is licensed by Brazil. Hispamar requests waivers of Sections
 25.210(a) & (b) and 25.210(i) of the Commission's rules. Amazonas-3 was previously added to the Commission's C- and Ku-band Permitted
 Space Station List at 61° W.L. See IBFS File No. SAT-PPL-20121018-00183 (granted Mar. 14, 2013).
