This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of eight 2 GHz frequencies for the purpose of providing portable video coverage of the WTCC FIA World Touring Car Championship race at the Sonoma Raceway, Sonoma, CA for the period of September 6 through September 8, 2013. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for several previous events. The number of frequencies and units requested is miniumum to satisfy the needs of this activity
