The Andover site is a placeholder to be used as a template. We are negotiating several sites in New England at large companies and public utilities (NStar, NU, Amgen, etc.) and will file an amendment for each site-specific approval. Unfortunately the time process does not allow us to first find the site then start the FCC process. The application states 10mW which is the peak power inside the switchgear. For experimentation purpose this level may radiate from an open cabinet during installation. The result of the experiment will be either a system meeting CISPR11, in which case it is expected the equipment will be permanently installed and exempt from license or a request for an extension to allow certification under 15.231.e. Each site is fixed and shielded.
