Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:

Our system forms a component of electric power switchgear. When properly installed in suitable equipment it is expected to qualify as an unintentional radiator. In order to determine this, site testing to CISPR11 Class A radiation limits must be performed by an accredited lab at several representative locations. An STA is required so that the installation and testing are legal. It is intended that the equipment, modified to be compliant, will remain in service.
