Subject: FW: Coordination for 1114-EX-ST-2016

Leann,

IB/SD has reviewed the subject request and we propose the following conditions.

() Licensee should be aware that other stations may be licensed on these frequencies and if any interference occurs, the
licensee of this authorization will be subject to immediate shut down.

() Prior to the start of operations in the 3550 ‐3700 MHz band, Vivint Wireless, Inc. must notify all the earth stations in
band and adjacent band (3700‐4200 MHz) within 15 km of their operations by e‐mail. This notice must include the
name and contact information of the stop buzzer personnel in order to notify the test equipment operator(s) to shut
down in case of interference. The notification should also include the testing parameters and the day and times of each
test. Consult MyIBFS database to identify all existing registered earth stations in band (3550‐3700 MHz) and adjacent
band (3700‐4200 MHz).

() Prior to the start of operations in the 3550 ‐3700 MHz band, Vivint Wireless, Inc. must notify Comsearch by e‐
mail. This notice must include the name and contact information of the stop buzzer personnel. It must also include the
testing parameters, day and times of each testing.

Email: customersupport@comsearch.com

() Prior to operation in the 3650‐3700 MHz frequency band, experimental licensee must maintain a separation distance
of 150 km from the grandfathered earth stations as defined in Part 90 subpart Z. If operations are within 150 km from
the grandfathered earth stations then experimental licensee must notify potentially‐affected grandfathered earth
stations licensee(s) and obtain a mutual agreement. The coordinates of these stations are available at
http://www.fcc.gov/ib/sd/3650/grandftr.pdf.

() Ensure that the transmitting base station antenna(s) tip down when possible and avoid point towards the horizon in
order to protect satellite earth stations nearby.

Thanks,
Jeanette
