Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Bluespan Wireless offers service to customers in under served areas. In an attempt to provide better service to end users, we are evaluating the latest LTE gear that is in trial phase right now. This STA is necessary to allow us to install, test, and record data necessary for an adequate evaluation.

Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of operation is to test and evaluate better technology allowing Bluespan to better serve population areas that have limited or poor options for connectivity. Specifically, we will install Access Points at test locations and Customer Premise Equipment at various test locations utilizing the spectrum under the STA in order to evaluate long term viability.
