July 18, 2018 Exhibit 5: KSAT ES in Svalbard For TT&C, Akash’s MCNAIR satellite will utilize an existing earth station that is a part of the KSAT Lite global network of earth stations. The particular earth station MCNAIR will use is located in Svalbard, outside Longyearbyen on the Platafjellet Plateau at 78.229121° N, 15.395045° E. The address is Svalbard Satellite Services, SvalSat, Plataberget, PB 458, 9171 LONGYEARBYEN. KSAT will procure the earth station license from the Norwegian Authority (NKOM) for operations in support of the Akash demonstration.
