July 18, 2018 Exhibit 4: SSC ES in Dongara, Western Australia Akash’s MCNAIR satellite will downlink to an existing Earth Station (ES), located in Dongara , Western Australia, which the Swedish Space Corporation (SSC) owns and operates. Since this ES is located outside of the U.S., SSC will obtain authorization for the ES through the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to operate the ES for Akash demonstration. The specific location of the ES is at 29°02’44.71’’S, 115°20’55.28’’E. The street address is SSC Space US Inc., Yatharagga Site, New Depot Hill Road, Mingenew, Western Australia, Australia 6522.
