TNDV has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide a wireless camera system to operate within the Hemisfair area in San Antonio,TX area for their telecast. Due to the extreme frequency congestion throughout the United States and San Antonio coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events during this time of March Madness, 3G Wireless requests the use of this channel.

Please explain the purpose of operation:

Grant of the instant request for STA for 2375MHz would serve the public interest by enabling 3G Wireless, LLC to supply the requested remote camera system for television coverage. The proposed service would enhance coverage of the events by providing on the spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the production company.
