Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA application seeks to use a variety of microwave bands for testing and demonstration of a terrestrial mobile network system. The communications system is not yet equipment authorized and some of the frequency ranges are not allocated for the ultimate deployment of the device for its intended use.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing, evaluation and demonstration of high speed mobile data transmission system, terrestrial operation only. ,under development for ultimate deployment by government and industrial customers. See attached narrative exhibit for further details.
