With the exceptions noted below, the IBFS data are believed to be accurate. Based on the results of this effort, this letter seeks to: e Surrender call sign E6555 (SES—RWL—20070308—00320) e Repeat a prior request to replace a Condition Code on several licenses. e Certify the accuracy of all licenses and registrations as stipulated below. e Provide a Construction Notification for some facilities. Earth Station E6555 Extensive building reconstruction has required C—Band earth station E6555 to be removed from service. Since that construction will continue for more than a year, we hereby surrender this authorization. Condition Codes and Construction Notification As permitted by waiver pursuant to Public Notice DA 18—398 (April 19, 2018), some new or modified C—Band applications were initially filed without frequency coordination reports. They were therefore granted with Condition Code 90472 that removes fixed microwave frequency protection. In subsequent pleadings, CBS provided frequency coordination reports and asked to have this Condition be reversed. However, through no fault of CBS, many licenses have not been updated and remain inaccurate. Those call signs are depicted by "Condition Code" in the notes column. This ‘ Pertinent IBFS applicants/licensees include CBS Broadcasting Inc., CBS Communications Services Inc., CBS Television Stations Inc., and Sacramento Television Stations, Inc. (collectively "CBS").
