(“42com”) hereby surrenders for immediate cancellation its authority pursuant to Section 214 to provide international common carrier telecommunications service. 42com acquired its authorization under FCC file number ITC-214-20121108-00287. The Company has not provided telecommunications services since December 31, 2018 and has no intention of doing so in the future. Consequently, 42com has no customers and therefore no notice of discontinuance was provided in accordance with Section 63.19 of the Commission’s Rules.
