Washington, DC 20554 Attention: International Bureau Re: Surrender of Certain International Section 214 Authorizations of Zayo Group, LLC Dear Secretary Dortch: By this letter, Zayo Group, LLC (“Zayo”) surrenders the following international Section 214 authorizations (“Authorizations”) that recently were assigned to Zayo as a result of a pro forma consolidation of certain of its subsidiaries into Zayo: ITC-214-20110125-000081 and ITC-214-20140922-00266.2 Zayo will continue to provide international telecommunications services pursuant to the following Authorization that Zayo is retaining: ITC-214-20091106- 00475. The surrendered Authorizations, therefore, are not needed by Zayo to provide international telecommunications services and surrendering the Authorizations will reduce the administrative burden on Zayo associated with maintaining multiple duplicative Authorizations.
